PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further efficiently perform management of a conference by improving the automation level of management after scheduling in case of scheduling a conference, or providing information related to change of the conference to attendees.;SOLUTION: A conference scheduler determines that a conference need be scheduled, and accesses information related to attendance capabilities of prospective attendees. The conference scheduler automatically determines at least one conference that can be held to satisfy prescribed standards based on related information. In case situations for a currently scheduled conference are changed, information related to the currently scheduled conference is specified. The specified information is automatically accessed to be provided to at least one conference attendee.
