PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reply system capable of fixedly maintaining an appropriate reply level.;SOLUTION: Pieces of question mail transmitted from users are accumulated in a server 11, buffer-processed and appropriately sorted and then the respective pieces of the question mail are registered in a processing queue 12a. The outline of the respective pieces of the registered question mail is listed and displayed as a processing standby mail group in an arrival order within an integration time value on the shared information picture of respective replier computers 13 network-connected with the server 11. The question mail selected by a replier as a processing object from the processing standby mail group is temporarily excluded from the processing queue 12a as being under a reply processing. For the question mail under the reply processing, contents are displayed on the individual information picture of the computer 13 of the replier who selects it and the reply mail is prepared by the replier.
