PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rotor of a vibrating motor, the vibrating motor, and a method of manufacturing the rotor.;SOLUTION: There are provided a first layer in which a plurality of commutators are formed; a second layer or the n-th layer (n: 4 or larger) in which a plurality of pattern coils connected to the commutators are formed; an insulating layer interposed between the first layer and the n-th layer; the commutator of the first layer and a pattern coil formed on the second layer; a blind via hole for connecting a pattern coil formed on an (n-1)-th layer to that formed in the n-th layer; and a plurality of through holes for connecting the pattern coil formed on the second layer or the (n-1)-th one.
