PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an power operator training management system capable of efficiently and accurately training power operators for a variety of operations for significant cost reduction.;SOLUTION: The power operator training management system comprises a training management server 10 and terminals 50A, 50B connected thereto via a network 40. The training management server 10 is provided with a training content database 21 for storing training data 1 about the variety of operations; a trainee database 22 for storing training history data 6 about the training history of each trainee; a training question creation means 31 for creating training questions that match each trainee out of the training history data 6; and a training result reference means 32 for extracting the training data 1 that matches each trainee from the training history data 6, conducting training based on the training data 1 extracted and the training questions created by the training question creation means 31, and allowing the trainees to refer to training results upon requests from the trainees.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
