PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a portable communication terminal of information on emergency information broadcasting, by unitarily detecting that several broadcasting stations broadcast emergency information.;SOLUTION: An emergency notification device 1 notifies of emergency information broadcasting by receiving broadcast waves from broadcasting stations 6a, 6b, or by receiving a notification from the broadcasting stations 6a, 6b via a communication network 5.
