PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cereal-drying and storing facility capable of operating at a low cost by combining small volume (ca. 50 tons) bins A, B, C mainly contributing for drying and large volume (ca. 100 tons) bins D mainly contributing for its storage and preservation. ;SOLUTION: The cereal-storing bins A to D are constituted by a first group of cereal-storing bins A, B, C equipped with agitating devices 100 capable of agitating the housed cereals at least in vertical direction, and a second group of cereal-storing bins D used for temporary stock of a half dried cereal dried up to the half dried water content in the first cereal-storing bins and for preservation of the dried cereal.
