PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation mount for exhibition that is structurally small and light and aesthetically presentable while maintaining a base isolation function combined with a function of suppressing an initial start.;SOLUTION: The base isolation mount 1 for exhibition is so constructed that a base isolation mechanism 4 wherein a plurality of rollers are interposed between an upper-lower pair of cosine rails is disposed between a bearing bed 2 and an exhibition mounting seat 3. A rotary shaft 18 of each roller in the base isolation mechanism 4 is supported by bearing portions 19 of roller coupling plates 15, 17, and friction damper mechanisms 20 are disposed between the rotary shaft and the bearing portions. The frictional resistance force of the friction damper mechanism is adjustable by an adjustment of tightening force to the rotary shaft of each roller. The base isolation mechanisms are orthogonally layered to provide omnidirectional accommodation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
