Raw material history providing system and raw material history management method

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material history delivery system for delivering a history of raw materials such as information about the producers of the raw materials to food purchasers; a raw material history management system for managing the raw materials of foods at a food factory; and a method for managing a history of raw materials. PSOLUTION: The raw material history delivery system comprises a host device 11 with a raw material history storage means for storing a history of raw materials including information about the producers of foods; and a plurality of terminal devices 22 each having a barcode reader 221, a barcode printer 222, and a read information transfer device 223. When raw materials are assigned from a storage means to another storage means, the terminal device 22 reads barcodes and prints the barcode BC1 recording producer information and a new quantity obtained by subtracting the assigned quantity from the current quantity, and a barcode BC2 recording the producer information and the quantity assigned, and transfers barcode read information to the host device.
