PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement processor between accounts capable of depositing money to a bank account of a creditor rapidly by utilizing settlement details data related to an electronic recording credit when settling an account receivable between accounts.;SOLUTION: When transferring a settled sum withdrawn from the bank account of a debtor to that of a creditor, the transfer preservation information of a total transfer data storage section 76 is flagged for a settlement based on settlement details data received from a recording organ system 40 of the electronic recording credit, and a total transfer processing section 73 is allowed to execute transfer processing before confirming withdrawal processing from a transfer requestor's account for the flagged transfer, thus rapidly depositing money to the bank account of the creditor.
