PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of resolution in reconstitution processing of X-ray images.;SOLUTION: This X-ray solid reconstitution processor is provided with: an image storage part 5 for storing a plurality of X-ray images including the images of a plurality of marker 51 and 53 which are installed in the neighborhood of a patient and whose X-ray absorptivity is high or low compared with the surrounding with the image of the patient photographed by an X-ray tube 27 and an X-ray detector 29; an identification part 9 for identifying the image area of the markers from the respective X-ray images; a fill in return part 15 for replacing a pixel value in the image area of the identified marker with an optional value; a position calculation part 11 for calculating the position of the X-ray tube and that of the X-ray detector from the position of the image area of the identified markers by each X-ray image; and a reconstitution part 17 for reconstituting a plurality of tomograms from the X-ray image obtained by replacing the pixel value in the image area of the markers with the optional value based on the position of the X-ray tube and that of the X-ray detector.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
