PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share hardware resources and software, to save useless efforts, and to realize efficient system operation in a housing loan examination system for deciding whether housing loan setting is possible or not by using a computer and a communication network.;SOLUTION: Each financial institution 10 is provided with a housing loan decision system 10A, a supporting center 20 is provided with a housing loan decision supporting system 20A, and these are connected by a communication network 30 so that information can be communicated. The supporting system 20A is provided with a means 22 for acquiring personal credit information of a loan applicant; a means 23 for acquiring warranty evaluation information of a collateral; a means for estimating an individual evaluation point 21 of the loan applicant; and a means for transmitting information acquired and estimated by these means and the evaluation point to the decision system 10A. On the other hand, the decision system 10A is provided with a means 11 for deciding whether or not loan setting is possible on the basis of the information and evaluation point transmitted by the supporting system 20A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
