PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annual salary negotiation support system for computing a risk to be generated to an employer when an employee suddenly changes one's job and for negotiating annular salary on the basis of the computed risk.;SOLUTION: A variable including an annual salary negotiation period, right using time, a right using price and the initial annual salary of the employee is input (step S10), a price (annual salary) of the employee at each term end is computed on the basis of the input variable (step S11), and a result of the computing is displayed (step S12). Future additional value J is computed on the basis of the price of the employee at each term end and the variable (step S14), and an employer loss value F is computed on the basis of the value, the variable and the future additional value J of the employee (step S15). When the price (annual salary) of the employee in the right using time of the employee for using a right of changing job is lower than the right using price (step S16) and a determination that the enterprise loss value F is to be generated by a job-change of the employee is done (step S17), a bonus to be paid to the employee is computed (step S18).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
