PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain gutter for melting of snow, which prevents snow from being accumulated in a rain gutter part arranged in a valley part of a roof, wherein there is no risk that a vinyl plastic greenhouse can collapse under the weight of the snow, which can be easily transported and which facilitates arrangement work, and the vinyl plastic hothouse using the rain gutter. PSOLUTION: This rain gutter 26 for the melting of the snow is equipped with a heat insulating part 26a which is formed like a long and flat cylinder by using an impermeable sheet 28, a heating element 32 which is elongated into the heat insulating part 26a in the long direction of the heat insulating part 26a, and locking parts 26c which are provided along both edges 26b of the heat insulating part 26a. The rain gutter 26 for use in the vinyl plastic greenhouse 10 is attached to an edge 24 of eaves of a building via the locking part 26c in such a manner that a central part of the heat insulating part 26a is bent downward.
