PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To edit and reproduce related-processing, video, audio and auxiliary data by technology for sending and distributing video and audio data and to reedit and reproduce a program matching the health state of each user. SOLUTION: A server 1 is equipped with a decoder 116 which demodulates program data having video and audio data composed of pieces of unit video and audio data corresponding to the respective scenes of the program and the auxiliary data including program property information data given to the respective pieces of unit video and audio data and outputs the video and audio data and auxiliary data, a storage part 114 which stores the outputted video and audio data and auxiliary data, an association part 132 which outputs indication data regarding an increase or decrease in physical load related to the stored auxiliary data, biological information data regarding the health, and a data editing and output part 121 which edits the auxiliary data according to the indication data and outputs reproduced data of the video and audio data.
