PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to effectively use electronic news containing an article including a limited part which is unusable as it is. PSOLUTION: An article discrimination part 12 extracts an article from electronic news, and automatically discriminates whether a sentence extracted from the article is a fiction part or a fact part based on a word dictionary 20 including information for discriminating a word related to fiction from nonfiction words. An information assignment part 13 assigns a fiction tag to the fiction part and a fact tag to the fact part according to the discrimination result. In a user terminal device 30, an electronic news processing part 32 executes a processing instructed by a user to the delivered electronic news.
