PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil removing sheet, an oil removing material and an oil removing device by which the oil of an oil attaching substance can be uniformly wiped out and removed.;SOLUTION: In the cross section of a fiber sheet including binding resin binding mutual heat resistance fibers which do not melt even when they are brought into contact with the oil attaching substance, the binding resin existing in an area to 20 m in the thickness direction of the fiber sheet from one surface A is bound in a state where the length thereof in a direction orthogonally crossing the thickness direction of the fiber sheet is mainly longer than the thickness-direction length of the fiber sheet. Besides, the average area ratio occupied by the constituting material of the fiber sheet other than the binding resin existing in the area A with respect to the whole of the constituting material of the fiber sheet is equal to or under 25% and the average area ratio of the occupied by the constituting material of the fiber sheet other than the binding resin existing in the area to the 20 m in the thickness direction of the fiber sheet from the other surface B with respect to the whole of the constituting material of the fiber sheet existing in the area B is over 25%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
