The invention is aimed at reliable quantitative and qualitative estimation of three amino acids of L-cystine, L-glutaminic acid and glycine comprising general tablet composition in equal portions prepared for a short period of time, per one analysis with simple test preparation. A method comprises the steps of: using an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate a standard amino acid solution of the L-cystine, L-glutaminic acid and glycine and a tested tablet solution are prepared comprising said amino acids in equal portions made from a tablet powder; preparation of solutions of tosyl-derivatives of the standard amino acid solution and the tested tablet solution by adding in both solution an excessive amount of modified reagent prepared by solving p-toluene sulfochloride in acetonitrile and the adding stop-reagent as a solution of orthophosphoric acid; carrying out highly-effective liquid chromatography of tosyl derivatives' solutions of the standard amino acid solution and the tested tablet solution using potassium phosphate monosubstituted with acetonitrile as mobile phase of liquid solution; identifying amino acids at obtained chromatograms by retaining time of the standard amino acid solution and the tested tablet solution determining amino acids peak area; estimating content of each amino acid in a tablet for determined amino acids peak areas in the standard amino acid solution and the tested tablet solution, and also by batch values of amino acids in the standard amino acid solution and a batch of tablet powder in the tested tablet solution and by the value of a tablet mass.
