IMPROVED FIXTURE DEVICE TO HOLD PINION JOB ON DRASTIC REDUCTION OF ITS SET-UP TIME AND A PROCESS OF PREPARING THE SAME

This invention relates to an improved fixture device to hold a pinion job for enhanced production of pinion on drastic reduction of set up time of the fixture elements; and a process of preparing the same. The present invention generates form inventive ingenuity of reducing setting time of fixture device of the pinion job with basic aim for undisturbed cutting operation of gear teeth of pinion once the pinion job is fixed on the fixture device. For the same purpose the present fixture device is developed to fix the job on the fixture with inventive features of protecting the job at both of its upper and lower half from any sort of tilting both radially and vertically with the help of a mandrel fixture (10, 1, 15, 17, 18, 12), upper fixture (11, 12, 13) and packing block (14) and by reducing the weight of the job by drilling higher diameter at its centre to enable deeper cut of gear teeth than that of the existing art and without any stoppage to be required for resetting of the fixture device.
