This invenu00c7u00c3o refers to a process, and their equipment to extract sulphuric acid to an effluent, with the production of ammonium sulphate. This technology consists in applying the extraction liquid - liquid (ELL) to a chain with sulphuric acid in a column of ell pulse of perforated plates, and extracts it selectively using a specific solvent for the purpose.Then, this solvent is regenerated in a column of ell pulse of perforated plates or a reactor mixer settler, through injection of a solution of ammonia from a column of absorption of gases.This step results in a current saturated with ammonium sulphate, which is for an evaporative crystallizer for production of ammonium sulphate crystals, which is a product with high commercial value to the market of agricultural fertilizers.This process applies, among others, in the industrial sectors of mining, processing of the surface and pulp allowing to solve problems such as the water u00c1cidas landmines.To control the pH of the tailings ponds or to increase the pH of the purges of the baths of electru00d3lise (tank house electrolytes) and remove the sulphuric acid chains out of mathiesson process in the paper pulp. This technology represents for these benefits to industry level technological, economic and environmental.
