The invention relates to an efficient construction for building modern agricultural and zootechnical farms. According to the invention, the construction has a mixed structure, comprising some outer load-bearing walls, some poles (2) and some longitudinal beams (3), prefabricated of reinforced concrete provided with a terrace-type floor (4) made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels provided with a layer and with a filler hydroinsulation (5) of zinc-plated sheet protected with a wear and humidity-resisting layer and with a filler (6) of fertile ground for a greenhouse, having a roof with a light spatial structure (7), comprising some standardized aluminium or reinforced polyester bars which rest on a masonry attic (8) and which can be provided with an intermediary bearing (9), comprising some vertical and horizontal bars of aluminium or fibre-reinforced polyester profiles and a translucent cover (10) made of plastic foil or glass.
