A method for the medical rehabilitation of the judo sportsmen suffering from recurrent catarrhal diseases comprises the use of herbal species containing the roots and the rhizomes of the licorice, the sweet flag, the fruits of the dog rose, the leaves of the peppermint and the door-weed. The herbal species is used as a tea.
