METHOD FOR FIXATION OF SKIN FLAP IN AUTODERMOPLASTY OF FINGER WOUND

摘要

A method for fixation of the skin flap in autodermoplasty of the wound of the finger comprises the cut of the split dermal flap and its perforation with the scalpel. The flap is placed onto the wound surface and fixed. The cut, split and perforated flap is fixed with catgut, silk or capron threads with several fixating rings tied up over major, middle and nail phalanx. The threads are tied up moderately sparing the blood flow in the finger until the even adaptation of the graft.
