METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF FUNGICIDAL EFFECT OF DISINFECTANTS ON TEST-CULTURES ASPERGILLUS FUMIGATUS, ASPERGILLUS FLAVUS, ASPERGILLUS NIGER

Method for determination of fungicidal effect of disinfectants on test cultures Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger includes growing test cultures, inoculation of nutrient medium, washing, standardization, incubation. One uses as test cultures thread fungi of Aspergillus species, nutrient media of agar wort and Chapek agar, with growing test-cultures during 7 days, one performs washing with 0,5 % solution of Twin-80, incubation at temperature 25-27 °C, standardization by means of calculation of number of spores of micromycetes in Goriaev chamber, additionally one prepares positive and negative controls.
