Method for evaluation of effectiveness of treatment of nephropathy caused by development of post-operative hypothyroidism includes investigation of biological material. One determines fat acid composition of tissue of rat kidney after monotherapy with L-thyroxin and complex treatment with L-thyroxin with calcytonine during 3 months, results obtained are compared to control and at normalization of lipid characteristics one evaluates effectiveness of treatment.
