A method for prenetal diagnostics of developmental defects and brain tumours using ultrasonic and magnetic-resonance examination of a fetus which is a method of diagnostics of developmental anomalies and tumours of a brain. For diagnostics of developmental defects and fetal brain tumours the ultrasonic and magnetic-resonance examination of a fetus is used, thus, at the antenatal stage a type, volume and localization of developmental defects of a brain is established, as well as volume and localization of brain tumour and according to data obtained the labor management is planned,necessity and amount of neurosurgical aid in postnatal period is planned.
