A method for treatment of disorders of functional state of hepatobiliar system in newborns at perinatal pathology by complex treatment of metabolic disorders with prescription of antihemotaxic Hepar Comp Heel preparation from the moment of child birth at availability of deviations of biochemical parameters, characterizing a functional hepatobiliar system state, with precise recommendations for doze, frequency rate and duration of application depending on body weight and damage degree (0.15-0.2 ml/ g of body weight in 10 ml of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution 1 time day within 5 days routinely or in a day depending state severity), which allows to improve results of treatment, to warn progress of a functional and organic pathology of liver and bile-excreting tracts.
