The device has a distribution device (4) provided between a double screw extruder (2) and extrusion nozzles (3). The distribution device forms an inlet (5) at one side and a flow channel (12) for plastic melt connected with the extrusion nozzles at another side. The inlet of the distribution device holds a screw tip (11) projecting over an outlet (1). The distribution device is directly attached to the extruder. A cross section of the inlet is adapted to a cross section of the outlet of the extruder. The screw tip is projected into a feed region of the flow channel from the inlet.
