摘要

The present invention relates to a set of primers, probes, procedure and kit for molecular diagnosis of Brucella spp., more particularly for detection of DNA specific to germs of the genus Brucella in clinical samples based on amplification and quantification of DNA by the real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The technique is much more sensitive than conventional PCR, PCR-ELISA (PCR coupled with enzyme immunoassay), bacteriological methods, and more specific than habitual serological methods, permitting utilisation thereof to put into practice a simple rapid procedure of molecular diagnosis of infection by Brucella spp. in blood serum and in other clinical samples.
