The invention relates to a pinning electrode arrangement (10) for the production of plastic film webs (4, 5) by extrusion through a slotted die (2) and cooling on a rotating, cooled casting roller (3). The pinning electrode arrangement (10) uses pinning brushes (13) having conductive bristles (13a) or fibers (13b) as corona electrodes for applying electrostatic charges onto the surfaces of the plastic film webs (4, 5) in order to improve the contact thereof with the casting roller (3). The pinning brushes (13) can be located transversely across the width of the plastic film webs (4, 5) and/or at the lateral edges thereof and be disposed in a displaceable or pivotable manner.
