PLANT EXPRESSION VECTOR EXPRESSING AUXIN SYNTHESIS RELATIVE GENE AND THE USE THEREOF IN IMPROVING PLANT'S COTTON FIBER QUALITY

摘要

A method of expressing auxin synthetase gene specifically in cotton seed coat and fiber, which comprising constructing plant expression vector capable of expressing auxin synthetase gene specifically by fusing tissue-specific promoter with auxin synthetase gene, and then integrating the vector into cotton genome. The method can increase the yield of cotton fiber, improve the quality of cotton fiber, thereby providing fiber with good quality for cotton and textile industry.
