摘要

Disclosed are a Trametes hirsuta strain SKU804 capable for producing a cellulase and a saccharification method using the same. Because the method can guarantee a high saccharification yield, the cellulases produced from the strain of the present invention find applications in various industries including the energy industry, the fiber industry, the paper-making industry, the fodder industry and the food industry where they find applications in the production of bio-energy and low-calories foods and the fermentation of food waste.
