The frame opening has sealing units (12) sealed between a panel (6) and a sleeper (1). The units (12) has a sealing lip (13) connected to an insolent part of a fixed frame (2) when an opening (4) and the sleeper are associated to close the opening. The units (12) has an insolent support part (14) connected and fixed to an opening frame (7) deporting the units (12) towards the panel to enter in constitution of thermal bridge rupture units between exterior (5) and interior when the opening and the sleeper are associated to close the opening.
