The present invention relates to an intelligent sales report system and a method of managing a sales report. The system comprises a computer network having a number of work stations which is accessible to mobile phones. Different accounts such as administrator, national sales manager, regional sales manager, key account manager, service executive and lead uploader are created in the system. Leads are being approved or discarded according to the roles of the accounts.
