The construction has a spring element (5) fitted in an outer contour of a hole (8), and fastened at an archway-shaped part (10) of a plastic housing part (2). Inner side (6) of a wall section (7) of a metallic housing frame (1), the wall section and the outer contour (9) of the spring element are molded and aligned on top of each other. The spring element is overlapped by another wall section (15) of the frame in a time period, driven from the wall section (15) to a switching movement in another time period, and immerged in to the hole of the wall section (7) in a third time period.
