SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING SEMANTIC WEB THROUGH METADATA OF AN INTERNET PROGRAM AND CONSTRUCTION OF A DATABASE OF WEB INFORMATION

The present invention relates to a system for implementing a semantic web through metadata of an Internet program and to the construction of a database of web information. The system of the present invention is configured such that information of a website is processed into the directory information and symbolic links of other associated websites to enable data sharing, thus logically dividing web information for the mutual sharing of the web information while maintaining the physical identity of the web information. Accordingly, the system of the present invention creates a computer-understandable Internet structure using preexisting webs in a manner that is easier than conventional systems using RDFs. The system of the present invention utilizes all preexisting web data and enables the mutual sharing of information, and can therefore serve as a base technique for the collaboration between semantic-based agents through the organization of information, oriented by a semantic web, using the preexisting web information.
