The invention relates to a drinking pouch (1, 10) for fluids, comprising an upper foil (2) and a lower foil (3), which at the periphery thereof are connected to each other in a fluid-tight manner by weld seams (4). In the weld seams, at least one indentation (6) is formed, extending from the outer edge inwards over a section of the width of the weld seam. The length of the at least one indentation (6) is between 1/5 and 4/5, particularly between 1/3 and 2/3 of the width of the weld seam. The drinking pouch (1, 10) has a parallelogram configuration, and the at least one indentation (6) is arranged at a distance of less than 35 mm, preferably between 5 and 25 mm, particularly between 10 and 20 mm, from at least one of the acute (α) corners (5) of the drinking pouch (1, 10). With the drinking pouch (1, 10) in a flat state, starting from at least one indentation (6), superposed tear lines (11) are formed in the upper foil (2) and the lower foil (3).
