THE INVENTION OF MILL-PIN CUTTING TOOL BY TURNTABLE TYPE

PURPOSE: An ejector pin cutting device of a turntable mode is provided to manufacture and replace a jig and an end mill adaptively even though a model of a substrate and the location of an ejector pin are changed. CONSTITUTION: An ejector pin cutting device of a turntable mode comprises a base unit(S2) and device plate unit(S3). The base unit includes a circular base and a substrate securing jig. The circular base is fixed at the upper plate center of a base frame with a base axis of a base motor. The device plate unit includes a processing unit plate(20), a processing unit assembly and a belt motor(24). The side part processing unit plate is supported with a plate supporting member(20a) and top and bottom guide rails(20b). The processing unit assembly is comprised of processing unit of three sets including two end mills(21). The end mill is comprised of a blade(21c) and a tip(21a). Three belt motors are installed on the processing unit plate upper side.
