PURPOSE: An apparatus for analyzing a sample material is provided to analyze the concentration of pollution sources by forming a liquid sample in an object itself or using a transfer unit in a real time.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for analyzing a sample material comprises a first provision unit(11), a second provision unit(13), and a detector(15). The first provision unit provides a first solution for forming a liquid sample to an object. The second provision unit provides the liquid sample formed by the first solution to an object.
