PURPOSE: A solid imaging device and an electronic device are provided to accumulate a hole on a surface of a photo diode by using a hafnium film having a fixed charge of minus.;CONSTITUTION: A solid imaging device(20) includes a pixel. In the pixel, an absorption film is formed on a photoelectric conversion part of necessary color light, and absorbs a light of a short wavelength side through an insulation film. A part of the photoelectric conversion part of a red light is extended under the photoelectric conversion part of a green light. A part of the photoelectric conversion part of the red light is extended under the photoelectric conversion part of a blue light. An insulation film having a refractive index smaller than the absorption film is formed around the absorption film on the photoelectric conversion part of the red light.
