PURPOSE: A fabrication method of ultra fine tungsten powders by a self-propagating high-temperature synthesis induced molten salts is provided to make particle size of the tungsten powder as submicron unit.;CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of ultra fine tungsten powders by a self-propagating high-temperature synthesis induced molten salts comprises a step of manufacturing a pallet with a material including tungsten oxide, metal reducing agent, particle growth inhibitor alkaline salt. After the pellet is charged in a magnetoelectricity combustion reactor, the pellet is ignited locally under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere and has the magnetoelectricity high temperature reaction. After a product of the reaction step is washed with distilled water, the product is leached with acid solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
