ANTIREFLECTIVE COATING LAYER STRUCTURE OF LOW-RESISTIVE LIGHT-ATTENUATING PROPERTY CAPABLE OF IMPROVING BLUE LIGHT TRANSMITTANCE BY FORMING A SURFACE LAYER HAVING AN EXCELLENT CONDUCTIVE PROPERTY, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PURPOSE: An antireflective coating layer structure of low-resistive light-attenuating property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve reliability or yield of mass production by reducing an operation load for a ground process.;CONSTITUTION: An antireflective coating layer structure of low-resistive light-attenuating property includes a substrate(S) and a coating layer module(M). The substrate is made of a plastic film or a glass. The coating layer module includes a first to a ninth coating layers(1~9) and a first to eighth color conversion layers(C1~C8). The coating layers and the color conversion layers are alternatively laminated. The first coating layer, the third coating layer, the fifth coating layer, the seventh coating layer, and the ninth coating layer are made of a coating layer of carbon-silicon compound. The color conversion layers are a coating layer of aluminum oxide base. The second coating layer, the fourth coating layer, the sixth coating layer, and the eighth coating layer are a metal coating layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
