PURPOSE: Blue and white organic light emitting devices and a full-color display device using the same are provided to display bright image while maintaining low power consumption by using blue and white organic light emitting devices as a display unit.;CONSTITUTION: An ITO(indium tin oxide) is deposited on a glass substrate(500) at a thickness of about 100nm by a sputtering method in order to form an anode(501) on the glass substrate. The glass substrate having an anode is arranged within a vacuum tank. A hole implanting region is formed thereon by depositing an MTDATA at a thickness of 20nm. A first mixing region(507) is formed thereon by simultaneous deposition. A process of depositing an S-DPVBi is continuously performed in order to form a light emission region(505). The light emission region has a thickness of 20nm. A process of depositing an S-DPVBi and Alq is performed in order to form a second mixing region(508). An electron transportation region(506) having a thickness of 40nm is formed by depositing Alq thereon. A cathode(503) is formed by depositing ytterbium thereon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
