OAT SORTING SYSTEM FOR SEPARATING COVERED OAT AND NADED OAT

PURPOSE: An oat sorting system by selecting covered oats and naked oats from oats is provided to enhance selection efficiency of the covered oats and naked oats.;CONSTITUTION: An oat sorting system comprises: a surface processing device(400) which grinds the surface of oats by rotation of a grinding member and discharges; and a main sorting device(600) which discharges discriminating covered oats and naked oats through a different path. The main sorting device comprises a sorting frame, sorting body, first eccentric cam, first link, and first and second arms. The one end of the first arm is coupled with other end of the first link. The second arm comprises an elastic bias part combined between an amplification arm part and a sorting frame. The surface processing device comprises an inlet hopper, transfer screw, mesh part and fan. The first elevator(E1)(111) elevates oats and supplies to a first storage tank(T1)(141). The second elevator(E2)(112) transfers the oats stored in the first storage tank to a hopper of a stone separator(160).
