PURPOSE: A temperature and humidity control device of a stone block sidewalk using geothermy and rainwater circulation and a constriction method thereof are provided to maintain agreeable environment and to prevent the differential settlement. CONSTITUTION: A temperature and humidity control device of a stone block sidewalk comprises a stone pavement layer, a horizontal perforated tube(320), a horizontal storage tube(310) and a vertical storage tube(300). The horizontal perforated tube is arranged on top of the original foundation to be located on the lower part of the stone pavement layer. The horizontal storage tube stores rain collected through the horizontal perforated tube. The vertical storage tube is vertically installed inside the ground, connected to the horizontal storage tube and circulates the rain and geothermy through the horizontal perforated tube.
