摘要

PURPOSE: A dissimilar metal joining method using a vacuum investment casting and a dissimilar metal joined body made by the same are provided to join the dissimilar metals in spite of a base material in which the mechanical processing is difficult.;CONSTITUTION: A dissimilar metal joining method using a vacuum investment casting comprises the steps for manufacturing a precision casting mold in which a base material having the unleveled surface is arranged in inside(S10), arranging the mold in a vacuum melting furnace(S20), securing the vacuum of the vacuum melting furnace(S30), injecting the joining material welded in the base material into the mold by a melting crucible furnace while keeping the temperature of 50~250°C higher than the melting point of the joining material(S40), and joining the base material and the joining material by keeping the temperature less than the melting point of the base material(S50). The base material is the alloy whose melting is higher than the joining material. The joining material is the metal whose melting is less than the base material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
