摘要
PURPOSE: A targeted anti-cancer drug delivery system using gold nanoparticle is provided to prevent chemical modification and effectively deliver B-lapachone to cancer cells.;CONSTITUTION: An anti-cancer drug delivery system contains: a gold nanoparticle, a polyethyleneglycol coated on the surface of gold nanoparticle, cyclodextrin for collecting drug, and an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor which is a targeted ligand of cancer cell. The polyethyleneglycol is thiolated polyethyleneglycol or methoxy-poly(ethyleneglycolsulfhydryl) which is activated with N-hydroxy succinimide. The cyclodextrin is per-6-thio-B-cyclodextrin. The delivery drug of anti-cancer drug deilivery system is B-lapachone. A method for preparing the anti-cancer drug delivery system using the gold nanoparticle comprises: a step of preparing gold nanoparticle solution; a step of adding the thiolated polyethyleleglycol or methoxy-poly(ethyleneglycolsulfhydryl), and per-6-thio-B-cyclodextrin to coat the gold nanoparticle; and a step of introducing anti-epidermal growth factor receptor on the gold nanoparticle to produce the anti-cancer drug delivery system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
