PURPOSE: A steel reinforcement manufacturing method and a steel reinforcement manufactured by the same are provided to achieve rust protection without a separate packing process by forming insoluble oxide on the surface of the steel reinforcement.;CONSTITUTION: A steel reinforcement manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a hot rolled steel material through a plurality of hot rolling processes(S20), cooling the hot rolled steel material of 850~1050 °C to 400~650 °C by contacting an aqueous solution of pH 10~12 to the steel material surface(S30), and finishing the hot rolled steel material into products(S40). In the cooling step, insoluble oxide is formed on the steel material surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
