PURPOSE: An StMyb gene having salt-resistance or drought-resistance of plant is provided to use in developing plant species.;CONSTITUTION: An StMyb(Solanum tuberosum Myb) polypeptide comprises an amino acid of sequence number 1. An StMyb polynucleotide has a gene sequence of sequence number 2. The intracellular increase of StMyb polypeptide is performed by transforming a plant with a vector containing the polynucleotide and a promoter. A method for producing the plant enhancing salt tolerance or drought tolerance comprises: a step of overexpressing StMyb polypeptide having amino acid of sequence number 1; and a step of transforming the plant with the expression vector.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
