PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing jelly for improving health containing herbal medicines is provided to facilitate digestion and absorption by adding pulverized medical herbs at a low temperature to minimize the damage of herb medicine. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing jelly for improving health containing herbal medicines comprises the steps of: extracting and freeze-drying herbal medicines by a supercritical or ultrasonic wave method; and adding herbal medicine powder pulverized by an air-current grinding method; adding an additive containing starch syrup, pigment and various resin; filtering it using a sieve; and drying the filtered concentrate and then cutting.
