PURPOSE: A micro RNA which targets mouse prion gene is provided to research prion protein function and pathogenic mechanism of prion disease.;CONSTITUTION: A microRNA targets a mouse prion gene. The microRNA contains a base sequence having at least 80% homology to complementary to the 220-240 nucleotide of mouse prion gene. The micro RNA contains base sequence having at least 80% homology to complementary sequence to 852-870 nucleotide of mouse prion gene. A recombinant expression vector contains microRNA of sequence numbers 3 and 4. The mouse cell is blastoma cell of mouse.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
